one way they do fuck you over is that if you are charged $100 extra and u catch them they will take it off..however they take off $100..but they dont take off the taxes and/or interest on that 100$ so make sure u tell them to take off the taxes....it isnt much but that pisses me off

I have this prob w/ Rogers. They are billing me for every min I use the phone. Even though I have free after 6pm & weekends free.

I really do try not to be a prick, because I know what it is like to deal with poeple in customer service.

The first time I called I was really nice, no tone or anything, just wanted the problem fixed. Second time i was nice as well. Third time i started gettin a little pissed, and was very firm but not rude. Forth time I am really pissed, and was almost wanting to yell, but I kept my composure. The 5th Time...I am sorry but thats it....thats enough.

They are STEALING!!! my money. 5 TIMES IN A ROW, is NOT FINE!!

There is just NO WAY i can be polite to someone that takes my money. I know its not the reps fault, but he is the one i get to talk to, and they are the ones that are supposed to fix my problem.

I have been a customer for 3 years, and its really annoying having to correct their mistakes all the time.

i waited for my bill once it was fixed so that i could pay it. And they charged me a late payment fee for not paying on time... it was 20 cents.. and i didnt wanna pay it since its not my fault. If they send me the correct bill on time then i will pay it on time.

I know your pissed off but yelling wont help. I have worked many years in call centers, I now work for telus mobility . Yelling wont get you anywhere, i dont help assholes. I even made sure once i canceled his account after all the shit he threatened me with i complained to my director and they heard the call. They asked the customer to apologize to me otherwise they wont get their service back LOL! that was the best feeling ever!
