Padre is no Panama City Beach or Cancun, but I think it's still worth going to.

As far as EDM, there are afterparty's with DJ's playing House and Trance, usually there are people walking around the busy areas next to Louie's and stuff that are selling tickets and can give you directions and info.

Even though they don't play much EDM besides the occasional dance track, Louie's Backyard is good times during spring break. You guys can hate all you want and talk about stupid frat guys and the Hip-Hop music, but that place is sick during spring break, and there are more than enough gorgeous girls looking to hook up.
