1.) What is your lease term? Do you accept a month-to-month contract?
2.) Is there still vacancy?
3.) Would it be possible to forgo the carpet cleaning/replacement? I plan on having it removed anyway in order to install hard wood.
4.) Are we allowed in the basement?
5.) How much is flood insurance? |
I think I may be able to help. Our firm is currently building several developments. Of course, each will be priced depending on location and may address your requirements for vista and reduce commute.
The planned developments are:
1. Mount Venus Hollows - a posh, suburban community located in quaint Mount Pubi$ neighborhood. Great vistas, though the atmosphere is a bit damp at times. Think "London" or "Seattle". Most of the time has overcast. Once a month for 5-7 days serves as an oferflow release of Red Sea. Having alternate domocile is highly recommended. Great for those who don't mind heavy congested traffic. Area subject to occasional aromas that would delight fish lovers.
2. Areola Hights I and II - hilly region up north, enjoys much sunnier days and mostly dry weather. However, region is prone to frequent earthquakes - especially when Slylee is running, jumping, or "shakin' that thang". Some risk of having your property destroyed by biters also exists.
Currently being surveyed and under consideration, possibly commercial zoning:
1. Brown Rambler Valley - good location for waste management sites, salvage yards, power plants, sewege pools, or oil refineries. Ocassionaly frequented by curious visitors who may subject it to temporary congested traffic
2. Cerv1x Hill - center of the action, subject to heavy traffic and congestion. Area of heavy traffic, foreign objects, and regular influx of sea men - either visiting directly or observing from inside of latex observation bubble. Low-lying area, subject to turning into Red Sea for 5-7 days every month...

And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true. |
