Yeah, the mixer is the key. I used to have a real shitty DJM 300 as my first mixer. Never realized how much it mattered until I started using a 500 and now my 600
By the way, that version of seven cities is the v-one's living cities mix. Did you ever get Space and Time?

hell ya dude, except i got the club mix. I'll be working on a mix for you guys as soon as i get back from PCB. I still think the Intro Mix is way better since it starts out with the ambience then carries on the beat. Check PM tonight Steve, I'm gonna go get some surf wax and eat some fish at some "Sandals" place right now before sunset

I don't need to know that you are on a beach right now. I hate you. I hope you step on a jellyfish and throw up your dinner.

I'm curious about what makes you willing to spend so much money for traditional turntables? Nowadays, it's a bit more cost effective to purchase digial CD turntables. The price of vinyl is always high, you need to wait for each record to arrive and it demands proper cleaning after some time. With Digital turntables you can buy your music with better sound quality these days, some might argue that, as vinyl has its own charm. However, you will save yourself alot of money if you consider investing in mp3 turntables, you can then use your extra money for buying music.
Actually i want some pioneer cdj1000 mk3's don't got the money for em right now though. I just want something i can learn to mix on.Hence me wanting some cheap vinyl tables.

OK, that was a contradictory statement. But, I did pull something constructive out of it. Don't get the 1000's if they are for the bedroom studio. That's just overkill unless you have the cash. I play 800's, which have almost all of the funtionality of 1000's, and still have the knowledge of how to play on 1000's when I play my gigs in the club. Doing so will save you about 1000-1200 bucks. Just my two cents.

Or, you can buy choons all this month at Beatport and actually win the 1000's and other cool prizes.
