Here's a tip to whomever is managing the index:

Ensure that the only " - " resides between that artist and "track title".

That way, you can paste the contents into Notepad, save it as a TXT file, then open it in Excel using the " - " as a delimiter, and easily sort columns alphabetically...i.e. sort all primarily by artist column, secondarily by title column.

Then, create a column of " - ", insert it between the other two (artist and title), copy and paste the contents into Notepad (to strip Excel's tabular formatting), and then Word (to easily remove tabs [edit #2:] [via Find & Replace], leaving you with your desired content).

another recommendation - you may want to either duplicate the list, but add new sets to the bottom of the list, so people can see what's recently been added.

as of now, we can see the list growing, but we don't know which are the newest additions.

yeah, it will be a bit of a pain in the ass right now, but much easier now than when it's at 10, 20, 50 pages.

me and SuperJimbo thought about this before
imo an indexed list is easiest to browse.. we thought about adding an "*" at the end of the sets that have been added in the past 7 days so people could "CTRL+F" an * and they will see new additions. Also people could just browse the thread and see whats new, thats how it was in the old thread no? what do you guys think?

That sounds like a good and simple solution. Having it indexed the way it is now is great. It wouldn't take people that long to find the new ones even if you didn't put stars, because as you said they can just browse the pages.
