If you were to stay that much longer you could potentially be setting yourself up to be stuck there beyond that time. She'll like what you did while she was gone, or she likes you over and will want you to stay even when she's back and you might still feel obligated to stay even though you don't want to.

It happens to a lot of people, and I've seen it happen at my work. So I'd be very careful with this decision.
