So? It's a public restaurant that apparently allows smoking. The laws in Spain are very simple if it's the same as the last time I was there, venues are either smoking or non smoking and if it's a smoking venue and you don't like it, get out.
Shit, I'd have done the same thing if smoking was allowed inside. What am I supposed to do? Ask everyone of they've finished? Please.
