Isn't that the techno stages that you can only hear in downtown? Or is that another station?

theres already a good house music station in miami on 107.1 FM
it comes in strong around i-95 and 195 down to coconut grove.

pirate radio at its best, I remember when I was there in 2003. There was station on 95.3FM, and they played lots of underground hip-hop.
Are there any good stations down by coral gables that play techno?

Not that i know of. You can always just tune through an entire FM band on your car stereo and see if you hear any EDM stations. Your best bet is internet radio.
