Around 10am (if I'm even back by then lol) I actually take a jog outside, the fresh air really helps me snap back into it. Sometimes I'll stop and admire some of the things on the way LOL.

Come home and if I'm hungry at all (some times not...) I'll make myself a good breakfast - a big omlet with lots of veggies and some chopped up meat. Then I'll watch some tv, or read the newspaper, something to get my mind off things for a bit. I'm not too social during my sketch time so I just stay in my room.

I drink lots of water and take multivitamins, and other vitamin supplements.

Around 12pm I lay in bed with some really chillin trance that puts me to sleep usually untill 6-7pm and then I get some work done and prepare myself for monday...

It's a good routine, really helps me out.

My routine is.. drive home from downtown at around 8 - 9 depands how late the party ran. Drop off at home any people that i meet at the club and felt sorry for and gave them a ride lol. Then stop at a gas station to buy a gatorade and a powerbar. Eat that before i get home. Once i get home i eat a shit load of fruits and drink tea to get that nasty taste out of my mouth. Then its bed time... which usualy isnt a problem.

Mine consist of getting home, ignoring the folks, finding my room and trying to sleep (usually doesn't happen right away do to the music still bumpin' in my head) and maybe if I'm lucky I go to work

YES tea. Tea rules, really. I totally forgot about adding it in my routine haha.

Gatorade and multivitamins are key when I get home. although eating a meal is nearly impossible and sleeping is def impossible (for a while at least)

All Im thinking about from the time I leave the party till i finalllly get home is PILLOW!!!!! my pillow becomes some kind of mythical object i must get to.....
