That effect is actually very easy to make. It's just layered sine waves played at high octave with the filter open all the way and with low or no resonance. Here's a sample of the effect.

Edit: What intervals & finetuning are you using? It sounds to me like there's a couple of them slightly detuned and maybe one an octave higher.

Layered as in I have 3 oscillators playing at 3 different octaves. And yes, there is a slight stereo detune on the sines.

I learned that for Acidic type FX its best to use only one Ocs. I had the misconception that if you use more osc's and unison it makes the FX sound fatter but really all it does is that it throws way to many harmonics into the mix mainly if your going to use distortion.
