Sorry, but I have to disagree.
1.) Correct me if I'm wrong but if I recall correctly I believe that Greg, Tony and Simon have said that as long as he behaves, they don't have a problem with him being here.
2.) Point out what he's done wrong this time around. He didn't post any "useless" threads, he didn't get all "whiney and emo." What did he do?
3.) Regardless of your personal dislike for him, I never saw anybody outright protest his being here just now. I don't believe that a mod disliking an individual is justification for a ban.
