SO what's the point of this "detox" if you already eat healthy anyway? There's nothing wrong a cup of coffee here and there.

I never put much stock in 'detox' diets, best just to adjust your lifestyle and eating habits to something better for your well-being on a permanent basis, rather than just jump in something for a month or two which won't really do that much.

I will do a before and after photo. Imma get my roomie to take a pic of me tomorrow in a bikini, (which I REALLLLLLLY am not looking forward to).
This isn't so much for the weight loss or anything, it is to detox; clear out my body and start clean.
I have a detoxification mud bath and massage too

Ive thought about doing this too, but women absorb all the calcium they are ever going to absorb before they are 25 years old. I HIGHLY recommend adding some diary back in there, or taking a calcium supplement.

This isnt a weight loss diet though, this is just eating what youre supposed to eat. Plus the last thing Theresa needs to do is lose weight.

I drink a lot of coffee, and I love my chocolate. I also love a lot of salt and milk products.
Although I eat well already, I am still intaking a large amount of unnatural chemicals and other various crap.
Lillith, my eating habits are pretty exceptional already... this is just going to cut out meat, chocolate, milk, and coffee from my diet for a little so that my body can clean itself out a bit

It seems like a semi good guide line for a diet too, not too shabby. I just don't see how taking dairy out is going to cleanse your body. You NEED a lot of calcium especially for someone so small and fragile.
