This is nothing more than a discipline issue. You will have to adjust when you get a regular 9 to 5 job - so I suggest you start now.
Tips:
1) Work in small increments - make your bedtime 30 minutes every 2 weeks until it is between 10 and 11 pm.
2) Remove all entertainment and distractions from your sleeping area. Sleeping are is for sleeping, nothing else.
3) Make sure your sleeping area is quiet, dark and well ventilated.
4) Discipline yourself to actually go to bed at your designated sleep time (laying there doing nothing if necessary) and wake up at your start time (forcing yourself to get out of bed). Don't delay getting into bed - set a time and prepare to by that time you are in bed. Don't delay getting out of bed - get up, have a shower, get moving.
