also, adding an apostrophe to "word's" to make them "plural."

...using "they" as a singular pronoun, as in, "whenever somebody says this, I know they're illiterate."

I'm not even trying to come off as someone who is far more intelligent then others. I'm not. I'm about average if compared to everyone else. But it's just a little upsetting to see sometimes.
