so what they are saying here is, basically, check your coat for $3 then graciously tip them for getting high....
hmmm.....quite different then the bouncers approach the last time my friend got caught doing drugs in the bathroom.......if he'd of known, he'd have forgone the rough trip out the side door and went straight to the tipping area.......
