LOL...I dunno how anyone could think they're gay with a chick like Nina Persson fronting the band.

When I cook I listen to something upbeat, when I shower it's something classical. ( I found that if I dance to something fast in the shower I will slip and fall) .

OK...I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to music and all, but I draw the line at fuckin Hanson (I'm hoping you mentioned them as an example as just a point and don't actually listen to them). Then again I guess it would be appropriate to listen to them while making nachos because then you wouldn't need to make any cheeeeeeeese (eh, bad joke)

Not at all. My 5 closest friends HATE EDM, but when I'm in the car and I put it on the respect that I love it and bop along to it. They look at me with death and one eye brow raised because they detest it, but they know I like it, the respect that I like it and let me have my fun times.

When I'm with EDM lovers and I blast some hiphop they grunt and are annoyed but again, they respect my music choices.

If they were your friends they'd stfu and respect what you like and not bug you about it. To each his own, but if you/they don't like it that's not my/you problem

so do you pay them?

i dont get it. my friends like me, but they dont pretend to like what i like to be my friend, thats just foolish.

most of the those whom hate music have a year and then they like it or dont. i dont force them to pretend to like what i listen to, and somethings will never be accepted - but this post was more about what esoteric music you like, and not how your friends are more accepting than mine...but as you like|

They don't pretend anything. I don't understand why your friends are so defensive about the shit you like.

What exactly are they going to do in MY car? STFU and listen to it. They've told me repeatedly that they don't like some things I listen to, I mean how else would I know?
