get a synth - go for Vanguard, V Station, Z3ta+ etc etc

Create a midi track then place a midi note on any key in between evey kick drum you have. You now have the basis of a bassline. Try adding notes, changing keys with the notes, adding delay to the track, sidechain it....... The amount of variables you can use to make a bassline are endless. It's getting it pumping and Eq's into your track thats the hardest bit (sometimes)

I mean, why not two synths when you already have two sequencers?

Skip the TI, you'll need at least a korg oasys and andromeda to make a bassline. If you want it to have some punch you'll need a roland sh 201 too if you want one. Layer 3 parts from these synths and you might have a good bassline.
