well on the one hand im pleased to see menno had marked himself such great targets for the future...it will be definately hard to imagine him achieving such a tough target but he had proved himself to be ambitious and i bet people who knew him 3-4 years ago are already amazed by the things he'd managed to achieve in these last few years
