Warm water will only make it "melt" and warm up to stick more.

You can take ice to it, which will harden it and maybe you something else to make it slide off.

Go to like, autozone or some shit and get grease/wax remover or a paint thinner. Heat up the tape then pour the grease/wax remover/paint thinner all over it and try pouring it under the tape.
