last year went to hawaii with my family and my sister really wanted to do one of the swimming with sharks things so we found one, and it was fucking dope (just a steel cage in open water, like 20-30 sharks around, and WTF a barracuda swam like a foot from me, small enough to come straight into the cage)
anyways, i was in the water for like an hour, then outside for like an hour and an half after in pure sun plus in open water, then shirtless for the rest of the afternoon
i put sunscreen on before i left, but still
my entire back/shoulders/arms were blistering by that night, couldn't lean back against anything for a couple days, it fucking sucked
but yeah, alcohol helps

My friend who's really pale got really badly burnt about 2 weeks ago, she's still peeling a bit even after being drowned in about a gallon of Aloe and moisturiser.

Yeah I know, I did warn her... she's a silly rabbit. Plus it's just so damn bad for premature aging it's not funny.

honestly, although its going to hurt like a bitch you need to brace through it and take the hottest fucking shower you can for like 10 minutes. after you get out the pain will be much less than it was before you got in.. no jokes.
