Still I have to say that this is a Nice Booking for Red-Lite! The last time they had anyone interesting playing there was last year when Judge Jules came! I'll try to make it, but it's a big week-end with IM and the afterparty the next day!

To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

REVIEW

tech-trance lovers, we have been served !

Wizz was already driving it with hard and dark sound, then came Sander and raped the floor at 140 bpm till the end

du beat violent !! its been a long time since i had a night like this, i missed a couple of parties cause of schoolwork including bal en blanc... apparently Sander played better than at bal en blanc. Can't complain !

One sad thing about this night, the set times were changed without any notice. Its a luck that Wizz informed me of it... I could have missed a big part of his set.

Charlie, you were there?! Too bad we didn't see each other!

My review, first time at RedLight:

Sander ripped it, amazing set. Wizz's set was also awesome, although more trancy than I like, personally, but I'm less into trance these days. Sander played all the tracks I was hoping to hear and even though when I first got there I was falling asleep on those couches, I managed to dance on and off (mostly on) until about 6:40am.

Pros:
- Good crowd
- Awesome lights
- Comfy couches, and lots of them
- Wooden dancefloor isn't as hard on the legs

Cons:
- Laval
- Too many glowsticks
- Too many people smoking and not enough bouncers stopping them
- NOT ENOUGH AIR CONDITIONING (Only other time I've sweated so much was at Aria that time with Tiesto, Armin and Guy Ornadel when the AC was broken)

Edit: Forgot to add to Pros the sound was great, didn't hurt my ears, no ringing at the end of the night, which was nice.

lol I was there too

Came in at 1h00, when the doors open. Wizz was playing some smooth tunes to crank us up and around 2h-2h15, he did a massive bump in his set. He played about 1h of intensive popular Trance tracks (Nic Chagall, World is watching me, Super8 & Tab, etc). I went nuts during this hour. I was jumping all around and screaming !!

Oh and before I forget, I LOVE LASERS.

I didn't know when Sander was coming on the decks, but Wizz set was already worth the 25$ haha. Sander showed up in the booth. The crowd went nuts and everyone was shouting SANDER SANDER SANDER and a small group "SVD ! SVD ! SVD!". It was totally awesome. Sander mixing was perfect. I don't remember hearing a bad mix. King of my castle, World is watching me and Control freak were played. So many good tunes were played but I didn't know the name. If someone can post a tracklist or songs that he remembers during SVD set, that would be awesome !

I jumped until 6h and then went on the second floor for 30min to see the crowd and Sander mixing. I left after that, because I was up since 6ham and had worked 9h before the event. +, my friends were tired so.

If someone saw a white Anjunabeats t-shirts, well that was me haha !

The venue was nice. It was my first time at RedLite and I really enjoyed it. The soundsystem is great and lights are awesome (LASER LASER LASER). Not as good as Aria, but still, it's a nice place. But what's up the all the chinese people ? Sorry if there are Chinese members here, but when I was looking around, I thought I was in Japan or China...

Anyway, it's one of the best night in an after I had. This, Ferry @ Aria (October 2005) and Christopher L. @ Aria (December 2005) are my top 3 best events in Afters.

And yes, I think that yesterday's SVD set was better than his set at BeB. And Wizz was much much much better too. Still, BeB was better overall (Above and Beyond, Armin...), but RedLite did an awesome job yesterday night. Two thumbs up !!!
