sure, you can get your windows tinted for $99 if you call that number on the sign thats on the side of the road but you wont get good quality tint (which usually start peeling and fading).
diamond brand tint is high quality and is what i have and cost me $200 with lifetime warranty. when a shop is confident enough to give you a lifetime warranty then you know they will do a good job and use good product.

200-150 = $50 difference

700-200 = $500 difference

so I think you missed his point.
