I don't really like Desyn too much, but I'll check out this set. thanks for the links! as far as my favorite set or show - I'm an Oakey fan, so take your pick of any of his great EM. I really liked him in Atl. for the Area:One opening date too.

I think the most amazed I've ever been at any night was Gatecrasher Classics at Crasher One (Sheffield) in late August. The night was absolutly amazing anyway, with solarstone and Hardwick bangin out loads of awsome tunes, but what really did it for me was John 00 Fleming on at the end. I think it was one of his first gigs back after his boat accident, and he literally layed waste to the entire club.

Started out with some more obscure deeper (but still bangin) stuff and then got to tunes like tilt - children, faithless - god is a DJ (astral projection mix), li kwan - point zero (digital blond remix), and the digital blond - legato.

Then he built it up and played some bigger anthems which seemed to really make them count - stuff like synthesia and olive - your not alone. But the best bit by far was the 2 encores. Blue amazon & Darren tate - no other love wich just completely owned the whole crowd, followed my mauro picotto - lizard at a rediculous volume.

I will never forget that night as long as i live!

Faithless, in Doncaster in 2005. I can't see how any DJ set could come close to the best live performances.
