i don't really get hangovers but i sleep enough and make sure i drink a lot of water as soon as i wake up. eating is key too... i like to eat but i lie to eat twice as much when i wake up.


even drink some water before you go to sleep... that will help with the dehydration/hangover.

for me the best trick i have is Gatorade!
when i know ill be drinking alot i always have two bottles of Gatorade and some ibuprofen

basicly what makes you feel like shit and gives you a headache is dehydration like mentioned before!

Gatorade is a sports drinks and is made to rehydrate you faster and to give you more energy than water so it works better than water

basicly what i do is i drink a bottle of gatorade before i go to sleep and then i drink another one when i wake up

i've been doing that for the last 5 years and i never had a a real bad hangover since then

Man I should have read all this Sunday. Fucking drank too much on Sat at a club, and Sun was a complete write-off! I never over-drink but his time my brain got stupid and I paid for it. Next time I'll stick to drugs... next day is always better.
