Still searching for an ID on this track.

Looking more & more as though it could be an Italian tune.
K-O agrees maybe yes, though it may also be an earlier than
1999 tune i.e. from the record store he had circa 1996-7.

BUT the clip is from August 1999 (100% sure).

Help please!!!
