Thanks for the tips guys. My new job will be located around 80 Spadina Ave. Not quite sure where that is as I really haven't been to TO.

Yeah i do sometimes keep late hours and play music pretty late especially on weekends so i am looking for a place that is DJ freindly for sure.

I'm not quite sure on the exact date when my office is moving but I suspect it will be around July or early August.

I am hoping for July cuz i would like to go to WEMF again this year.

There are a lot of condo buildings near Spadina and the lakefront, which would be walking distance for your job. (80 Spadina = King and Spadina - great area!)

I live there - city place is a great area for young professionals and party people.

I pay $1400 for a 1 bed plus den with full facilities and bills all in (except phone, tv and internet).

You would be 2 mins from work and 5 mins from the best bars/restaurants etc.
