never thought of that...
might be true

but when the music is playing.... i doubt anyone can even hear a pop or crackle. and laypeople probably wouldnt even know what the pop or crackle was....

but when needle drop is a diff story..

When you get a quiet bit in the middle of a track, like on my vinyl copy of Carte Blance, the pop and crackle sort of adds an extra element of atmosphere to the sound. So you can hear it in the middle of tracks, but they have to be quiet bits.
