With pressure @ 30.01 and falling and winds out of the WSW I'd expect that smoke not to stay down unless there is an inversion and really light winds. There may be a thin layer of smoke overall from the fires you're saying are blowing through, but I'd watch it over night if the winds die back down. Expect a few accidents and slow traffic on major roads if thats the case. Its not a bad idea to keep a ventilation mask in your car. You never know if the pollens/wood/etc that will be blowing in from the fires might trigger a previously unknown allergy.

Chance of showers and temps in the mid 40s to lower 50s for the most part in Michigan. However there are some decent gusts around 16mph around Ann Arbor and other places. Pack accordingly..
