This is the real point of our gas prices. Canadians drive some of the biggest, most inefficient cars in the world, they then pay some of the lowest prices in the world, and then they complain about it when prices go up?
BTW - driving a hybrid is not all that great. The batteries in most electrically powered cars take so much energy to produce, you would have to drive your car for almost ten years (on the same battery, which will never happen) before the savings on gas consumption start to even out.
The best thing you can possibly do is get a car with a smaller engine, and forget about hydrogen, hybrids, or electricity for now.
