well, a bartender's probably just as busy, if not moreso--they just don't do as much per customer, but, then again, the 15% is coming out of a much smaller amount than a bill for dinner. Also, it's the whole atmosphere of a club or bar, as opposed to a restaurant. It's more carefree, and people treat their money the same way.
