if your number 10 sample is later in the set than number 9 it must be a revamped version of Jam & Spoon - Follow Me as it is definitely not any of the others. if not id guess at it being the ID as its described as being quite dark

Mr Van Dyk sometimes does that to tunes. remember his rework of CJ Stone - Shine not sounding anything like the original
