REVIEW:

It's 6 AM and I'm already back home.. I can't believe I just had the worst EDM experience of my life on a fuckin FERRY night!!!!

Ferry's set was great, Ferry is always great. I always loved him and always will. He wasn't the problem last night.

I couldn't enjoy myself one bit. It was a fuckin oven in there, hotter than a sauna. I was physically suffering from the deadly heat inside Circus. I started getting dizzy, felt like I was gonna faint at any moment. Mind you, I was a 100% sober, no booze, no drugs, nothing..and I felt like I was gonna die. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if I hear someone died at Circus last night. It was dangerously hot in there.

The vibe was shit-astic, the people sucked, sketchy, sweaty people everywhere, it was way overpacked...everything was off.

I tried getting into it but I was physically incapable of doing so. I went on the dance floor for about 10 min and I started to melt like a burning candle, it was like 800 degrees in there. Spent most of my night sitting down in the massage room where it was a little more bearable.

You never see me sitting down on a Trance event, especially on a Ferry night. Fuck am I pissed!. I was anticipating this night for months. And half the fun on a Ferry night is watching him play and interact with his crowd, and I couldn't even stay on the dance floor to see that..

Circus, for fucks sakes put some fans in there, or ventilation. I've been to more crowded places but it was never this hot. Do something!

Always a pleasure seeing all the TAs. Bertuzz, Vlad, Stefano + all my boys from Ottawa, DJ Eterno and everyone else. I hope you had more fun than I did.

I wanted to go see Filo & Peri in July but fuck that. I don't ever wanna go through this again. I can deal with crappy venues, sketchy people, even a horrible sound system (like at BeB), but I can't deal with that heat.

I had high expectations for the night. The way it turned out was a slap in the face.

I miss ARIA, nothing will come close to the Ferry nights at ARIA.

Circus, 'A' for effort..but you always manage to fuck up somehow organization-wise.

Selma is not happy AT ALL.

I agree on most of the things above. Sound system isn't very nice, way too much heat and it was overcrowded.

I didn't really enjoy the Circus, except for the rest areas. I don't like the crowd. I had much better time at Aria where I could fully enjoy Ferry's set and other DJs.

Filo & Peri won't overcrowd the Circus, so I might be going. Overall, the night was ok. Ferry and Nick sets turned the night to be great, music quality is a big part of my night.

I was also sober, like always.

btw, what the hell hapenned to the CDJ ?

I don't know what happened...I also had a "WTF" expression on my face when the music stopped in the middle of a track TWICE. But yeah after everything else..That did it for me. I just wanted to get the fuck out of there. My sister was consoling me the whole time. She knows how much I love Ferry and how excited I was for this event. I was really sad that I couldn't enjoy my night.

Though he played Beautiful and Galaxia for me. That made my night. =)

Knowing me, I might be going to Filo & Peri as well. We get so few Trance events in MTL that I'm considering going. Plus I love those boys and I told them I'm gonna be there (they're playing Ordinary Moment just for me )
And yeah it won't be near as crowded that night as it was last night. Ferry is pretty well known in MTL, plus it was the Grand Prix week-end so it was kind of expected that the place was gonna be crowded.

Quality, not quantity ...

Yeah... I have to agree... too damn hot; at some point I even got dizzy... sound system average (+ 2 problems with CD)...

I found the crowd to be ok, we met some nice people !

In the end, Ferry's set was awesome, so it saved the night for me !

Oh yeah, and Circus, please do something with that guy you put at the front door; fucking mister "i have the power..."

Its never a good party when I'm not there.

hahaha I was mostly at the rear of the dance floor or into the main rest area

by the way, I read that the CDJs overheated ! This is why the music stopped...that is so possible because it was damn too hot into the booth. Louis was dying inside !
