Venue, which gives some indication to the type of crowd
If I like the venues, it's then a case of price to lineup ratio.
Big names don't mean much, but a dj I know plays what I like does, regardless of how big they are.
Swings and roundabout though, it would still be unlikely for me to go to a venue that I hate even if the lineup is decent and cheap, just like a cheap night at my fav venue, but with music I dislike.
Affordable cover charge, a crowd that doesn't stand around in the corner and actually skank that shit, and a diverse set. I like dubstep and d'n'b when I go out so I don't give a fuck about who's DJing.

I agree with crowd, and having a great sound-system. I want there to be a lot of people dancing, I like the energy in a place, without the energy it can get real dull really fast. But a good DJ tends to turn up the energy, so i guess really a mix of the three.
Price to get in is not what bothers me, its prices of the drinks, but since Im from Miami i always expect them to be high anyways, pre drinking FTW.

I want to see loads of huge name DJs on a lineup! That way you can guarantee the best music and that's all that matters to me
That just looks a bit contradictory to me. The best DJs are usually the relatively unknown local ones. For the same price I'd rather see them than the big superstars. Either way, I look for price first, quality of the venue / type of crowd (they kinda go together), then the music.
