hopefully someday we'll be able to drink in public spaces like most parts of the world and be able to have this party on the actual beach rather than in the bush...

Fencing is still up around the continued construction in the park and blocking access, so we'll temporarily be located beside the east end parking lot, up in the trees. Should be real easy to find. Take Lakeshore just past Parliament, turn down Cherry Street and follow to the end. Once in the park turn left into the east parking lot.

Our friend Vanessa started up a Facebook page called 'Promise Cherry Beach Sundays'. Since she put it together Thursday there's about 700 people joined. It's an independent forum which is a great idea, and along with the Tribe site http://www.tribemagazine.com/board/...ad.php?t=134952 that Alex has kindly set up again this year, they both provide a really good chance to connect, plan and discuss stuff.
