WEll i can honestly say i wont be missing out on judge "edam alert" jules. hehe. but the fact that these guys play mostly club venues, e.g. the rage / wett bar / sonar, is annoying. since im still underage, and ID is unreliable. got carded at seb fontaine (2 mos ago?) and thats why couldnt make it out to tiesto, which is a damn shame. tall paul was here this year too... him and alex p, cant remember who else.

im also curious about those "good" trance/techno, even house (not deep house) clubs, some peeps from vancouver suggest some. even though im from here, it appears to me like the sound is really small, in terms of local djs. case in point: a friday night at wett bar was ruined (for me) when the dj (Bumz) bitched out after playing afro medusa's pasilda, a floor filler anywhere else. he got scared, and led it into dmx. thats what you call a blasphemy.

another thing buggin me, why do the iMix flyers say DJ Jurgen (aka Alice Deejay) on them?
Jurgen is an excellent MALE dj, not to be mixed up with the FEMALE producer Alice Deejay, who's pop music can be heard on Z95.3 any f***ing minute of the day. just because Jurgen remixes Alice Deejay's tracks occasionally, does NOT make them one and the same. id say the trance population here still leaves much education to be desired.

Alice Deejay is a collective of Dutch Producers and DJs who write and produce tracks for singer Judy. For the live-act Judy is joined by dancers Mila and Angel.

Since Pronti & Kalmani wrote and produced Alice Deejay's two biggest club hits that most people are familiar with, as well as being the writers/producers behind the Vengaboys, when people say they hate Alice Deejay, they usually really mean and should be saying that they hate Pronti & Kalmani, unless of course, you just hate Judy's voice.

thanks for clearing that up, as soon as i wrote that i figured something must be wrong... what i had meant was how the flyer said dj jurgen aka alice deejay, i thought the lead singer (judy) was of the same name
