These kind of things work best in Reason, everything can be self contained.
rofl u dont bounce the full track, u bounce a 4/8/16 bar loop of each track... if theres automation it becomes a little trickier but still u dont bounce the entire track rofl.

idealy we could all use the same program and if you use a vst or plug in outside of the normal stock ones of the program you could bounce it. I think it would be alot easier to use standard vst's from logic or whatever program that way there is some flexiability to be able to edit the track slightly to allow additions

By the way, I use Logic on PC and have most of the popular VSTs.
We would definitely need to designate one or two people to set some rules and guidelines as well as moderate everything.

How do you think synths and pads with lots of delay and reverb will sound looped?
There's a reason why I bounce full tracks, other than me being stupid like you're trying to imply.
