Sorry but I'm still not getting this - surely if you put the record back to the start, by lifting up the tone arm and putting it back onto the start of the record you outsynch everything? Or do you like rewind the record with your hand? Ehh =/

You first beatmatch it... by doing so you will make sure that both tunes have the same BMP.

Now that you have set the pitches correctly, you can stop and put the arm to the beginning again.

Let it play when u are ready to mix it in, and then just sync the beats..DONE.

as answered above by other people, u don't have to put it back to the beginning - that's just something i do to make sure it's tight before i play the track out the speakers
