Why, do you have a history of liver problems? The first sign of Jaundice is yellowing of the eyes and it's very noticeable.
Relax, you're fine. Take a week or two off from the weights and see if it helps. As I suspected you're probably overworking yourself. You need to develop a program which alternates between exercises so you don't do any damage.
EDIT - I just re-read that. Heavy weights at work, hmm that could be tougher to take a break from hehe Speak to your boss and see if you can lay off the heavy lifting for a few days.
