one of the best parts of the night was at the end.
security had kicked everyone off skybar and only about 10 of us were left including geroin. josh wink turned on the mic and started singing happy birthday to joe manzone. that makes josh wink super cool in my books. most other djs would've geeved.

I took a whole whack of video so I hope it will be up in a few days. It was my first time there with the new renos. For what it's worth, the elevating DJ booth is a waste of time. Also they could have given it a more designer look, not just that dopey black box look. I would have designed a state of the art lool that goes better with the club's look.
I think the elevater booth is dumb as well. It's also retarded where they put the laser. The speaker setup is right in front of it. The DJ booth should just be on the stage and have the laser behind him, for minimal blockage my speakers.
On the plus side.. the co2 machine is fucking INSANE. I can't believe how much I couldn't see after they sprayed it. I literally couldn't see two feet in front of me. I could see one person and that was it, giving the impression that I was the only person in the entire room. It felt like I was up in heaven on a cloud.
