That doesn't sound like using the original filenames to me.

For example, if I had the track "Dirtbike" by Loafer, but I renamed it "Shibbity-Boo-Yah - The Silly Cor Song of Death.mp3" without changing ID3 tags, and then pulled it from the iPod later, you're saying it'd keep that filename?
