i shouldnt have said the best but its the best that you can buy at a computer store. otherwise get a razer boomslang if you can afford it.

My price range is only between $10-$15 What's the advantage of lazer mouse over optical mouse ?

i got this CompUSA-offshoot brand optical for $4. left/right click, mousewheel+MWclick.

There is no gloss, there is no HW-accelleration. there is super douchebag rubber grip or air conditioner, etc. There is no guide to overclocking the refresh rate. it is what it is: an optical mouse.
i believe they also house it at Frys (Micro Innovations)

bought this. Didn't go for the microsoft mouse. bad reviews + not recommended by our forumz experts
