I do agree with you on the issue that in the world where there are so many nice tracks to be mixed Oakey might find the way to get away from the uniformat of his radioshows.
But I am waiting for his POT's shows every week, listening to them untsl the next on will be put into the air.

you guys act surprised that jokey's tl is as pedestrian and vanilla as it's been. the guy's been a wash up for years. i have respect for what he's done in the past, but he's been making a fool out of his good name for so long now. his top priorities are blow and hookers. somewhere below food is listening to new music and mixing.

IMO - I am sorry to hear such comments.
I assume that Oakey might do not doing his best on his last mixes, but he is the only one who's mixes drives me crasy. Even thou they are partually repeated from time to time.

have you ever heard him mix live? the guy is deaf and cannot beatmatch two tracks to save his life. he either needs to retire or clean up and get his act together.
