So what, in your opinion, is the rank of case manufacturers from best to not so best?

I've heard about Anvil cases prior to the mentions here, and Road Ready, Road Runner (to a lesser extent), and Odyssey. I heard the build quality on Odyssey wasn't as good as Road Ready's, but I didn't see firsthand.

I'm just trying to collect more info about cases since there doesn't seem to be much information about them here.
