Well i burn at 24x which is fine for me, that is the max my burner does. Although my comp can easily take it

If you do have a crap comp you could get buffer under run and shit, so i would advise a lower speed burn, but i imagine if you have a 32x burner, probably plextor, it should b fine, coz you prob have the comp to go with it
