Skittles are soooo good, but I end up eating the entire bag in one sitting, then I feel sick. I think sugar hates me. This is probably good, though.

Take an icecream sandwich, press the cookies together to the sicecream comes out the sides and take a bowl of skittles, dip the sides of the sandwhich in the bowl....voila.
