I'm seeing more replies from people bitching about people bitching about it. Perhaps you should reanalyze who is taking things too seriously.

That, or you can just take heed to the fact that more and more people are getting fed up with all the pompous comments made on here talking negatively about nothing.
If there was a point to make, then go ahead and make one. However, the dude was just posting something he found funny. As I said before: don't like it, don't laugh. Easy

It really reflects badly on the scene whenever people make such remarks, no matter how clever and witty they may be. I also think that this ties back to all the superstar DJ bashing that goes on in the MD and COr as well. If you don't like something, don't like it. If you hate the CD, don't buy it. If you don't like the DJ, don't buy the ticket to see them. It's really quite easy.

I realize this little speech of mine isn't going to change anything on here. I just think it was something that needed to be said.

and theres my 2c.

hey Einstein. I don't know if you've realized it yet but this is a discussion forum. People are allowed to have different opinions and to express them. And there is nothing you can do about it. Now go and drink some tea.

This man speaks the truth. It's usually the little virgins still living with their parents. OMG A tiesto/PVD/Armin thread, I better hurry up and post a comment about how much they suck before the bandwagon leaves. Did I make it on time?

That about sums up the majority of posts on MD the last couple of years. :/

Listen up isoteraa. I don't know how long you've been a TA member but I've been on this board since Nov '01(ISP banned) becuase I verbally attacked a TA member who happened to me a MOD because I called him a sheep and that I disagreed with him banning a certain old school TA member.

I'm not even going to waste my time posting the hundreds of threads bashing famous Djs and producers. Is it really that difficult to tell a producer/dj (especially when he/she is a TA member) something along the lines like "I've heard your new album/release and it did not appeal to me. The lyrics and the melody was not my cup of tea" or some shit like that . Something a little more constructive, instead of posts like you fucking suck dude, go find a new career, this is beyond shit. Freedom of speech is great, but why piss them off with posts like that? what are you accomplishing?

I know at least 4 producers that left TA because of this. Great fucking job guys.

My point is that Tranceaddict.com might as well merge with Trance.nu. It's reached that level.

i think you would feel much more home at trance.nu. there are loads of your type of people there. plain worshipping of superstar djs. and god forbid if anyone slag off the new Tiesto production.

I never worshipped a Dj or producer in my life. My type? haha you kill me rebel9. You'll never see one post where I'm acting like some sheep groupie. If you read my post, you'd see that the point I'm trying to get across is that there's really no more constructive criticism in TA.

It's funny when someone posts anything negative about John Flemming or the Digital Blonde and psy trance genre in general, you get all emotional with your posts when defending them. Sarcasm at it's finest fan boy.

From our brains. We actually think, and come up with our own points of
view.

See, heres the thing...it's so goddamn easy to talk shit on an internet forum. As long as your not personally bashing or threatening a fellow member your safe, good to go. Don't gotta worry about getting banned.

Whoever it was talking about free speech, who's name I'm not really willing to oblige the time into recalling, frankly, I couldn't give 2 shits, give me a break.

Sure, indulge in the beauty of God's given right to you as a human to squirt whatever, nonsensical bullshit out of your nostrils, and say whatever it may be about whoever or whatever topic you decide to spend hours, or if your a bright one, minutes, crafting so that you can rack up posts so you'll be just THAT much closer to the awesome, props inducing '*insert noun here* addict' under your avatar. Or, maybe you already got there. Jeez, mission accomplished.

It's called decency. Unfortunately, some TA's lack such attributes, which makes me utterly sad, considering the fact that PLUR seems to have died out a long time ago. And no, before you write this down in your little outline of a 2 sentence essay your planning on posting after I myself click the post button, I'm not a 15 year-old, bedroom clubber/ make-my-own-candy-raver. I'm just a regular guy, who sees things how they are, and who really enjoyed the concept when I got into the scene.

Just because you have the right to free speech, which you do, as I, which I'm obviously choosing to exercise at this given moment in time, doesn't mean, you can abuse it. In the REAL world, you know, outside of computer screens and high-bandwidth transactions, there is something called slander, which, frankly, and sadly, many on here partake in on a regular basis.

And as for Rebel 9...no thanks, I tend to prefer coffee. 2 sugars, no cream. cheers

The vids were mildly amusing, but seemed to lack something in the final execution.

Kind of like most A&B tunes, when I think about it.
