You're definitely right jason, WH has an old school NYC feel. Any pretension is left at the door. WH sticks to the basics. Even though i don't really like the place, you have to admit it's nice that they don't cater to the VIPs.

The fact they have been getting some decent acts lately has made it easier for me to be persuaded to go there. If this thread is in fact true it will give me more reason to go. Spirits sound was great.

that the owner or spirit and the club above is just tryin to get out of his lease and just move on

def plausible, although ive heard that twilo miami's sound and lighting are in ny...

I must agree that the sound was incredible there. Saw Armin there, GD and Markus Shulz. Incredible night both times around. Too bad it's a wasteland now, but I will never forget sitting on the speakers while the bass rattled my head. Has anyone been to Cielo, I saw BigMike there, who ripped it before Ferry got on stage. Gotta say the sound there was the cleanest i've ever heard, not deafening but very loud and very crisp.

Cielo has a banging Funktion 1 system in a small room thats why it has been the best sound in the city hands down.

This would be awesome. I love all the talents they have been bringing in to WH. But I really hate the sound system. My ears would go deaf if I go to every event that I wanted. With spirit sound system @ WH and with all these new talents, I would def. go to WH with no hesitation...
