I don't make naan at home cause it's rather messy and time consuming. I just buy them from the grocery store.

You can also make different types of dals at home. It's very easy.

Dude, that would be awesome

Seafood curry cocktail
Get a dozen or so crayfish, large prawns or a lobster and put them into a pot of boiling water.
Half a lemon cut into thin wedges thrown in there with a tablespoon of salt.
Boil for 5minutes, leave them to sit for 30 and then put them under cold running water.

In the meantime, get together
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 cup of celery finely chopped
1/2 cup of mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon djion mustard
1/2 cup of honeydew melon finely chopped

Mix up the above in a bowl until it's all combined thoroughly, peel your crayfish and if they're prawns you can leave them whole or halved, bigger critters you'll need to chop up to size.
Gently combine them with the sauce mix and throw them down on a bed of lettuce in a bowl or glass.

I fed that one to Laz and his kids and they didn't die, it's pretty mild, but got a lot of different flavours in it
(its more of a south african variant than a traditional indian dish)
