Typically it's not called a converter, it's just called a cable.
Just searching google for "XLR to RCA" will get you good results. Here's a pretty good one - http://www.cablestogo.com/product_list.asp?cat_id=2029.
You're probably looking at $15 or so per cable retail price (you'll need one for each monitor). You can usually find them in small lots on ebay too, for something along the lines of $20 for a four pack.
EDIT: These prices are for short 2 ft cables...longer ones are more, but not much more. I'd try to use as few cables as possible (e.g. don't use a xlr to rca adapter cable butted up to another rca cable that goes to your speakers, or something), as that adds noise to the signal since you aren't using balanced connections. So try to get one cable that will go from your mixer to your monitors if possible.
