What was the point of not letting the Iranian President place his little wreathe at ground zero?

I'd love to see Bush get interviewed in Iran and have people ask him questions like:

"WASNT 9/11 an INSIDE JOB?"

"IRAQ IS ALL ABOUT DEFENSE CONTRACTS FOR LARGE CORPORATIONS AND OIL, WHY DO YOU DENY THIS?"

"HOW MANY TERRORIST PLOTS HAVE THE CIA HELPED PLAN?" (with appropriate research and sources)

"WHY DO ALL AMERICAN SOLDIERS SHOOT IRAQI CIVILIANS AND RAPE THEM?"

"HOW MANY NUCLEAR WAR HEADS DO YOU HAVE?" (Hint: close to 10,000)

"HOW GAY IS CHENEY'S DAUGHTER?"

"WHY HAVE YOU LET CIVILIAN CONTRACTORS MAKE MILLIONS REBUILDING NEW ORLEANS?"

That might level the playing field a bit...



It's amazing how our media reporters can do a great job of asking tough questions and sticking to them when the guy being interviewed is not American, but the minute you see them interview our president, it's stock questions and simple answers till time is up...

This has been a playground for the entire right wing today, people like Rush Limbaugh and Ed Lambert and Boortz. I still don't get why the majority of his listeners love Rush so much, how can someone not see past his bullshit? He's as much of a money sucking scum as the rest of them. And I'm not a liberal just in case someone on TA is in a make believe relationship with conservatives.

They're eating it up, just like any other issue they can turn into an inflammatory stream of rhetoric and silence any and all dissent and honest discourse... Fact is that Bush and Ahmadinejad are quite similar, though the latter actually served in a real WAR.

The scary part is, yes, he is. Frankly I find it ridiculous that people enjoy joking about his supposed idiocy so much. But he really does seem dumb to me. Even disregarding the typical stuttering and bad grammar, the content of what he says is often equally ridiculous and incoherent.
